A mint 17 inches by 30 banner from Philidelphia Street in Covington Kentucky. Brought in by a local citizen. The oak dowel pole is 40 inches long. The hall burned down before 1900. No records could be located. Th material and gold tassles are mint w Great sewning. This little town is across the Ohio River where all soldiers had to pass when going south to fight in the civil wa rfrom Cincinnati.
